The stage at ASFA conference in Melbourne was in the middle of the huge ballroom where 1700+ people gathered for the last day of keynote sessions. Interesting challenge for a speaker, and a perfect setup for a conference that had “creativity is key” as one of its core themes.

Since the stage was round and the audience was around me I decided to do round slides as well to be “with the theme”.

Do not just “send in your slides”, instead make sure they really do fit with the theme of the conference.
